Hello Yellow Jacket Chorus Family! I hope everyone has recovered from Hurricane Irma. If your family is in any type of need, please don't hesistate to let us know so that we may assist you in any way we can.
Due to the Hurricane taking away over a week of valuable rehearsal time, we have made the decision to cancel our Fall Concert scheduled for October 2. This will allow up ample time to prepare for our Holiday Concert on Dec. 4.
Please make plans to attend. Open House will be held on Monday, September 25 from 6:00-7:30 at the school. It is important that parents attend as we will be discussing very important "adult" things from the chorus handbook. If you cannot attend, please be sure to message me for the "cliff notes" version.

I have double checked the codes and they are as follows:
2nd Period Chorus--Beginning Chorus-- 9bf43wx
3rd and 4th Period Chorus--Intro to Chorus--oet8dgx (first unit is not a zero!)
5th Period Chorus--Advanced Chorus--rvfgnd2
The assignment has been extended to next Wednesday, August 30 to give time for everyone to sign up. If after following all the steps outlined in the video, double checking that you are signing up for the correct class, making sure that you are using your student ID and school password, then please email Mrs. Cole to notify her of issues.

Welcome Back Yellow Jackets!
We are very excited to kick off the 2017-2018 school year! Please look through the website to find valuable information to help you be successful on your first day of chorus. Whether you are new to OLJH Chorus or a returning singer, there is always something new to find on this website. We will be using "REMIND" ( a free texting service) in order to help facilitate communication. In an effort to be more "earth friendly" we are trying our best to eliminate excess use of paper, so be sure to check here often!
Our guidance department and administration are working hard to ensure that all students are placed in the correct classes before the first day of school. If for some reason, you signed up for chorus (especially those of you who should be in Advanced!), please be sure to let me know IMMEDIATELY so that we can have the correct schedule for you on the first day (or at least by the first week.) ***NOTE: Academic classes are always scheduled first so please know that there is always a possibility you might not be able to have chorus due to certain academic needs.***
